Bill Schroeder (born January 9, 1971, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin) is a former wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL), playing in 1994 and from 1997-2001. He attended Sheboygan South High School and then went on to the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where he starred in track and field. On May 22, 2008, Schroeder informed Green Bay Packers general manager Ted Thompson that he would like to retire as a Packer. He signed with the Packers on May 21, 2008 and retired the next day.
