Dominic "Dom" Capers (born August 7, 1950) is an American football coach, the former defensive coordinator of the Green Bay Packers (2009-2017), and the only man to serve two different National Football League (NFL) expansion teams as their inaugural head coach, the Carolina Panthers and the Houston Texans.
